Francisco has more than 20 years in the Ibero-American banking sector, managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams where he has developed and implemented business models and product management for Credit Cards and Consumer Credit in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. He had responsibilities in executive commercial management and credit risk management. He is passionate about innovation and a believer that speed to market is crucial. He has managed the income statement in different Payment business units. He has also led consulting projects in financial entities in Mexico and Spain, mediating between the corporate and local vision. He has managed the implementation of complex projects in regulated operations and represented financial institutions where he has collaborated before regulatory and industry bodies.

Francisco studied Biochemical Engineering at ITESM where he also took diplomas in International Business. He has participated in numerous courses and industry seminars with Visa and MasterCard both as an assistant and as a speaker. He completed the Advanced Risk Program at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid.
